This replica of the original hotel boasts 49 guest rooms and 23 luxury condos. Dimeo Construction was the general contractor. Pavilion Floors installed 7,000 sq. yds. of custom carpet, 12,000 sq. ft. of Fir solid Wood, 3,000 sq. ft. of Carlisle Heart Pine, 1,000 sq. ft. of aerobics flooring and 20,000 sq. ft. of pre-finished hardwood flooring.
